Senior Project Manager of Germanys leading Foodmagazine "Mit Liebe" from 2021 - 2023 (6x / year, circulation 1.6 Mio.)

Special edition: "Mit Liebe Vegan-Spezial" with a circulation of 2.5 million in collaboration with VEGANUARY.

Conception and responsible management of the EDEKA #VEGINNER campaign with the associated magazine "Mit Liebe VEGAN-Spezial" (first edition), as well as linking different marketing aspects: influencer marketing, social media and sales. Project management from conception, budget to final data analysis.

Special edition: "cheers! Das Weinmagazin"

 

Strategic conception and marketing of a new wine magazine with the wine-fluencer Louisa Schmidt, suitable for the new EDEKA podcast "Cheers!".

Accompanied >50 photo productions, recipe choice, brief creation and image approval.

Piekfeine Brände I Content Strategy

Analysis of the target audience, understanding their demographics, behaviors, and preferences.

 

Examination of competitors (beverages) to identify market gaps and opportunities.

 

With insights in hand, we crafted a tailored content strategy, complete with a detailed editorial calendar. Content ideation involved creative brainstorming sessions to ensure engaging and relevant posts.

 

Once the content was created, we implemented strategic distribution and monitoring, using both organic and paid methods to reach the right audience at the right time.

 

Evaluating performance using key metrics to refine strategies for ongoing optimization and success.

FOOD & SET STYLING

Curry & Cardamon I Creating aesthetics

During my studies in Cultural Studies and Rhetoric, I embarked on the journey of creating my food blog Curry & Cardamon.

 

In 2016, while testing a vegan lifestyle, I explored a ton of recipes, sparking the idea to document them photographically and share them on my blog and Instagram.

 

To this day, a significant portion of my free time is devoted to visiting farmers' markets, sourcing fresh ingredients, crafting recipes, and exploring cafes and restaurants in various cities, all of which I eagerly share with my community.

 

Curry & Cardamon stands as my personal passion project, allowing me to connect with the global food scene, exchange ideas, and draw inspiration.

STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION

Jung von Matt I Strategic Planning

Having trained in rhetorics I see everything through the lens of a communication strategist.

 

This led to my first job working for Jung von Matt in the strategics department, conducting target audience and competitive analyses to gain valuable insights for strategy development.

I've organized and facilitated customer workshops, preparing and executing them to gather input and feedback essential for refining strategies and initiatives. These workshops were instrumental in understanding customer needs and preferences, ultimately guiding product development and business strategies.

In addition to overarching business strategies, I've crafted detailed content strategies tailored to different platforms.

This included defining content themes, formats, and distribution channels, as well as developing measurement systems to evaluate performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

                                          I Lecturer

Since January 2024, I have been sharing the professional experience of my recent years as a lecturer with my students in the Communication + PR program at the IU International University of Applied Science.

I teach a variety of subjects encompassing corporate communication, storytelling, text and communication forms, characteristics of various media channels, brand and content strategies, and digital transformation.

 

Through these courses, students gain comprehensive insights into effective communication practices within the corporate realm, the art of crafting compelling narratives, understanding diverse forms of communication, analyzing the unique attributes of different media platforms, developing strategies to enhance brand presence, and navigating the evolving landscape of digital technologies.
